Situation

Knack Magazine is the result of my final self-driven module at University. It is a new periodical journal/magazine full of interviews and other goodness with both well-known and unknown people across a variety of industries. It is about documenting the lives and professions of people with a knack for things, who are they? what do they do? and why do they do it?

Strategy

The aim is to present the very human stories behind each interviewee, the big names, the small names and the up and coming names. We have a natural curiosity that inclines us to wonder how people do things or for what purpose and that is what this magazine aims to address. The stories behind the person and their calling in life.

Result

Knack Magazine currently still an ongoing project. The first designs and prints have been produced and given the project a considerable first step forward. Further editing and interviews are currently underway and the hype machine is moving forward, so hopefully the first issue can look to start shipping in 2 months time. So for now, check out the website: Knack
